Tubes provide complete packaging, ready for filling.
Extruded PE tubes are made by extruding polyethylene (LDPE or HDPE), a process that ensures excellent wall uniformity and good chemical resistance. Flexible, lightweight, and economical, they are suitable for a very wide range of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.
Typical applications: creams, shower gels, toothpastes, ointments, pharmaceutical gels, hair products.
Available sizes: from 10 to 300 ml.

Three decoration techniques are available based on your aesthetic requirements and volume:
Flat bright colors, coverage, premium, up to 6 colors.
Detail finesse, extensive palette. For complex designs — up to 8 colors.
Metallic effects gold, silver. Enhances brand identity.
The laminated tubes consist of an assembly of several layers of PE with EVOH to increase the oxygen barrier.
Printing: digital, allowing for precise decorations (photo types) and offering proofs on pieces very quickly. Hot stamping available.
Available formats: from 40 to 300 ml.
Entirely plastic structure, without aluminum, facilitating recycling. The preferred solution for environmentally demanding projects and compliance with PPWR.
We also offer a tube with metallic foil that is recyclable.

Our plastic and laminated tubes are particularly suited for cosmetics and dental products. They are also suitable for food, technical, and OTC applications depending on the material grades.

The extruded tube is made from PE granules (high or low-density polyethylene) by extrusion: flexible, economical, ideal for large series. The laminated tube assembles several layers of materials (PBL without aluminum, with EVOH for better oxygen barrier). It is printed flat then assembled with its shoulder and cap. It is often thinner than an extruded tube.
The standard MOQ is 10,000 units per reference. It is possible to reduce this to 5,000. For low-volume multi-reference projects, digital printing on PBL tubes allows for varying designs on the same series without additional setup costs.
We offer PCR for our laminated tubes and extruded tubes. A source of bio-sourced PE is available for extruded tubes.
