Airless bottles are available in plastic or glass, clear, opaque, or metallic, with a great freedom of customization.
airless technology prevents air from re-entering the container, reducing oxidation and contamination of the formula. It helps preserve product efficacy and stability throughout its use.
piston and bag-in-bottle airless systems provide a high product evacuation rate, typically between 90% and 95%, minimizing product waste.
airless technology allows product dispensing in any position, upright or upside down, while ensuring accurate and consistent dosing.
The airless piston system is the most widespread airless technology. A mobile disk gradually rises in the bottle as it is used, pushing the product toward the pump without contact with air.
The airless pouch system (bag-in-bottle) represents a major technological advancement over the classic piston. The product is packaged in a soft pouch inside the rigid container. When the pump is activated, the pouch contracts without ever allowing air to enter.
Superior restitution of over 95% — Thanks to the soft pouch that perfectly fits the shape of the container, the restitution rate exceeds 95% of the product contained, even for very viscous formulas like thick creams, rich serums, or care butters. Zero waste.
It is the key innovation of our pouch solution: the pocket technology developed by our partner is compatible with a wide variety of materials — glass, PET, PE or PP, with also possibilities in monomaterial version. The bottle can therefore be glass for a premium positioning or plastic for more accessible ranges. Design possibilities are numerous: cylindrical, oval, flat, or more architectural shapes.
The piston systems show their limits with thick products that struggle to reach the pump. The pouch, on the other hand, is designed to effectively deliver even the densest textures.
The airless pouch technology is ideally suited for refill systems: the consumer keeps the outer container (glass or rigid plastic) and only replaces the inner pouch. This model directly meets the requirements of the PPWR regulation and consumers’ expectations regarding eco-responsibility.
Four decoration techniques are available according to your aesthetic requirements and your volume:
High-quality direct printing for durable, precise, and resistant decorations to everyday use.
Metallic or pigmented finish providing relief, elegance, and visual impact to your packaging.
Application of a colored or transparent coating to customize the look and texture of the bottle.
Integration of color directly into the material for a uniform and durable finish.

What cosmetic and pharmaceutical formula developers ask us about airless.
Both systems generally offer good performance, close to 95%. The pouch system allows for a wider range of viscosity, but this also depends on other factors. The pouch system offers more versatility in shape.
The range covers several volumes to meet market needs. Airless pouch packaging is available in 30 ml and 50 ml, while piston airless packaging is available in 50 ml, 75 ml, 100 ml and 150 ml. Container shapes can also be customized (cylindrical, oval, flat or custom-designed), particularly for pouch technology.
Yes. Airless bottles are available in transparent, opaque, or metallic finishes, with great freedom for finishing and decoration to align with your brand universe, from accessible positioning to luxury.
For standard products: 10,000 decorated units, with an average lead time of 8 weeks.
Our pouch systems are recyclable, as are our rechargeable systems. It is also possible to use PCR in pouch systems, in higher proportions.
